Versatile, energetic, and adaptable SaaS operations leader with over 20 years of experience with technical program management, process improvement, and client services. Throughout my career, I have fostered substantive relationships with clients, and I have led dozens of project teams in pursuit of creative solutions on their behalf.

I thrive in a collaborative environment; those with whom I've worked appreciate how I negotiate and manage change, and also how I convey complex concepts in straightforward terms. These skills have been honed over many years of nurturing successful client partnerships and managing internal cross-functional teams.

I am efficient and effective at analyzing complex process ecosystems. As well, I am adept at project planning using traditional waterfall, (bridging with) Agile models of Scrum/Kanban, and I possess Jira platform administrative prowess. But no matter the development methodology, one thing remains constant: planning your roadmap is a custom calculation each and every time.

A leading technology & commerce platform allowing restaurants to interface with the on-demand world.
+ Joined the PMO to drive a dozen Engineering teams' effectiveness and efficiency of using Jira, Confluence, and eazyBI.
+ Earned Jira and eazyBI admin credentials; worked with Directors to ascertain strategic requirements and SOPs for BAU.
+ Drafted informed recommendations for refactoring & optimizing these platforms' architectures and operating dynamics.
+ Transitioned into one of two roles chartering a new Engineering Agility Team (as PMO was deprecated); simultaneously:
- establishing a Jira Project backlog, and supporting Agile ceremonies (practicing what we were expected to preach);
- piloting an Agility Tune-up workshop series for Engineering teams with a colleague and an external consultant;
- inventing, testing and executing an approach to move Olo's product roadmap tracking from spreadsheets into Jira;
- manipulating Jira settings (workflows, custom fields, automations) to achieve Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit compliance;
- generating a plan to foster momentum for Engineering to migrate dozens of services from a legacy platform;
- addressing daily IT requests from end-users for Jira and eazyBI support.

OpenMarket (Amdocs/Infobip) | SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER | Remote from Seattle, WA after 18 months at HQ | 8/2018 - 6/2021

A global A2P (Application-to-Person) telecommunications network, multi-channel CPaaS messaging and SaaS data reporting platform.
+ Facilitated platform migrations and decommissions to support Infobip's acquisition of OpenMarket.
+ Created systems infrastructure, and optimized operations for the TechOps Application Support Team.
+ Directed admins and integration engineers who maintain instances of:
- Salesforce (Sales/Support Cloud CRM)
- Tableau (data science)
- Atlassian's Jira & Confluence
+ Served as OpenMarket's lead Atlassian operations consultant, responsible for directing:
- project and form customizations to support nomination of new product features to the Engineering roadmap;
- configuration of workflows, issue types, screen/field schemes, mail integrations, post functions & dashboards; and
- the adoption of Jira Integration+ for Slack (an app reducing the administrative burden of tasks received in the Slack workflow).
+ Operationalized and integrated roadmap tooling solutions for TechOps, InfoSec, and the PMO (Jira Plans, Aha!, Timeline+).
+ Drove scrutiny of OKRs within the TechOps Leadership group, and ensuring broader alignment with corporate OKR commitments.
+ Initiated the use of Heroku Connect as an enhanced data layer (EDL) to reduce inefficient API calls between Tableau and Salesforce.
+ Enhanced annual NPI client services and program management operations for a small team dedicated to Apple, Inc. (until March 2020).
